1. How much time before an event do I need to place an order?
In order to assure availability, we recommend that orders be placed at least one to two weeks in advance. For wedding cakes we recommend, at least, two to four weeks prior to the wedding.

2. Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are necessary for special occasions.

3. Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver cakes throughout the Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington, DC neighboring area. Delivery price is determined by distance and set-up.

4. Can I order through the internet?
At this time, we cannot take orders through the internet.

5. Can you ship a cake?
At this time, we do not ship cakes.

6. What flavors do you offer?
Our signature recipe is a Amaretto and Red Raspberry cake. Other flavors include Yellow, Chocolate, Marble, Butter Rum, Lemon, Mandarin Orange, Amaretto, Almond, Pina Colada, Red Velvet, Five Flavored Pound, Sweet Potato Cake, Mandarin Orange with Orange Cream filling and many more.

7. Do you use fondant icing?
Yes, we  use buttercream and fondant  icing to cover and decorate cakes.

8. What is the difference between buttercream and fondant?
Buttercream is a more traditional icing. It is creamy and decorated with spatulas, and piping. Fondant is a sugar-based, cake coverture that can be easily molded and colored to give different designs. Fondant can take the form of different textures, matte surfaces, pearls, or edible elements like gold and silver.

9. What filings do you offer?
Our cakes are very moist and delicious all on thier own, fillings aren’t necessary. Nevertheless, we offer an array of fillings such as strawberry, raspberry, pineapple, lemon, chocolate custard, hazelnut custard and bavarian cream.
